Refunds
How refunds work.
Last updated 14 October 2026.
The short version
You subscribe through Apple, so Apple takes the payment and refunds are made through Apple. If you are new to Glow90 on your Apple ID, your first seven days are free. You cancel in your Apple ID settings, and you keep what you have paid for until the end of that period.
Cancelling
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Glow90, then Cancel. No phone call, no survey and no retention pitch from us. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not delete anything you have written, and your Glow Book stays yours until you ask us to remove it.
To avoid being charged when your free week ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it finishes.
Asking for a refund
A charge you did not expect, a renewal in a month you did not open Glow90, or a double charge: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose I'd like to, then Request a refund, and pick your Glow90 charge.
Refunds for Apple purchases are made through Apple. If you would like a hand wording the request, email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with the date of the charge and we will help. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or the consumer law where you live.
Your rights are wider than this page
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page reduces those guarantees, and nothing on this page is the limit of what you can ask for.
If you are outside Australia, the consumer protections where you live apply to you as well.
